And not in a good way.
Yesterday I started, AGAIN. I'm trying hard not to use the "D" word. I'm trying so very hard to make good lifestyle choices by going back to basics - fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, and dairy.
I was weighed at the doctors last week - 117kg. I want to be 40kg lighter for my 30th in September next year. I'm going to make a vision board, and am going to spring clean the house, removing anything that's not required for the body of myself and my children to function. If I can get to 75kg, I'm going sky diving, and am taking a trip to Fiji in June 2012.
I can feel that my weight is affecting my health. I have a severe heel spur, and a tear in mt achilles tendon, which I've been told may require surgery to fix. My whole foot aches whenever I put weight on it.
Anywas, enough of poor me. I've been awake since 4am meal planning, and look forward to life.
